Nice and Cozy Business Hotel in Sapporo - Business Inn Norte Sapporo
Sapporo is the capital city of northern side of Japan where tourist will always come when they tour Hokkaido. Therefore, the hotels within this city or near the main Sapporo Station always get book and stay by many tourists during the peak season.
This is our first visit to Hokkaido, I had booked and reserved this Business Inn Norte Sapporo for this trip. During the booking, there are many hotels with smoking rooms available, or non-smoking with higher price available. But due to limited budget, I choose for cheaper hotel with non-smoking room.
This Business Inn Norte is a business type of hotel where it located near from Nakajimakoen Station. It take about 5-8 mins walk from the Nakajimakoen Station by passing through the Nakajimakoen Park. This hotel is situated back of the road. And giving us a quiet and cozy feeling to stay.
During our check-in, the staff here don't can't communicate in English properly, but they have some printed instruction on a laminated paper to shown us. They also shown and offer us an options of 300 yen per day rebate if we opted for no daily room cleaning service. However, they still provide daily new fresh towel, 2 bottles of drinking water and refreshment by hanging on the door if you had chose it.
The room I book this time is a small double bed room. As the name already said, is a small double bed. So the bed we had this trip is less than 5 feets bed we use to had at our home. Otherwise, the room is clean and neat. They had provide small fridge and kettle where we can use it for boiling water.
The toilet is quite standard. It comes with a small bath tub with shower where you can soak in if you want to. They provide standard toiletries like other hotel do.
The room come with complementary breakfast each day. Their breakfast is serve at the groundfloor next to their lift. They serving similar breakfast everyday, which included pork sausages, scramble eggs, fresh salad, variety of bakeries and toasts, orange or apple juices, coffee and tea. This is a self service style of breakfast where no one will serve us and we need to clean our table and plate by returning it to the rack prepared after having the meal.
According to the staff, after breakfast the juice machine will be off, but the coffee and tea are still on and guess can have it anytime during the day without charges.
Overall is very good experience on staying this hotel. Would recommend if those cannot get hotel near Sapporo Station like us, this can be a good choice as well.
